Delivery & Returns

Delivery to the UK is free. If you wish to buy from outside the UK please contact us and we will work out the shipping cost ad come back to you.

Delivery times

All works will be sent within 7 working days and you should receive works within 10 days however delivery is usually much sooner.

As soon as the art work is dispatched we will contact you with the delivery date or estimated delivery date.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through wychwoodart.com. However if you buy from one of our gallery sites or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen.

The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact deborah@wychwoodart.com if you have any questions.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.

  1. The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
  2. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  3. You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
  4. After our artist has received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.

Returns Process

Please email us at deborah@wychwoodart.com and we will send you a returns form containing and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
We will refund your purchase when we have received and checked the item. Please see returns policy.

How Can I Cancel My Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at deborah@wychwoodart.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
