This is a limited edition of just 10 hand pulled screen prints by Robyn Forbes. This fun, bold 4 layer print depicts a graphical representation of skier racing through fresh powder. These prints work especially well when hung in pairs as there are a number of variations in the colours used with no print being exactly the same. The yellow sky really pops against a white wall, whilst the pale blue sky gives a more subdued feel and would make an ideal gift for any ski enthusiast.

Robyn Forbes, artist and printmaker, is available for sale online and in our art gallery at Wychwood Art. Robyn Forbes is an artist specialising predominantly in screen printing. Having studied art at Wimbledon and Chelsea School of Art she had a successful career in advertising before establishing and running a busy architectural practice with her husband and now combines this with her artistic practice. Robyn utilises a number of styles, tapping into the versatility of the screen-printing process in her work. Whether using photos and sketches to record the scenes around her and then capturing the mood and feel of a place through the printing process, or working on more graphical prints, her work is characterised by the bold use of colour. The mono printing method brings a painterly quality to much of her work and some unexpected results where unlike most screen prints, each piece is unique.
