MATER NATURA (DARK BLUE) is an Limited Edition of 10 by Agent X. ‘Mater Natura – Dark Blue’ depicts mother nature as the twin silhouettes of two women, each placed back-to-back, their figures arched in balletic poise. As if snipped from the dark-blue background, Agent X creates the illusion of a cut-out to reveal a Baroque, floral painting underneath. With its bold composition and powerful juxtaposition of the antique with the contemporary, the print is a brilliant transference of street to canvas.
