‘Summer Nights’ – Original Silkscreen Print by Katie Edwards.

This piece is part of a collection of Mountain Bike themed silkscreen prints that came about from a collective project called One More Brew, a group of Lake District mountain biking creatives to get motivated to get creative with their hobby. ‘Summer Nights’ is part of the summer edition ‘The Longest Day’.

‘Summer Nights’ is a tryptic illustration capturing a mountain bike in three parts, the ascent ‘Hike-a-Bike’, the descent and cooling of in the lake afterwards.

Original silkscreen print on Fabriano paper, only 10 prints were made and each one is completely unique.

Katie Edwards has since returned to back to where she grew up in the Lake District to continue her love of art.
