Lesley Dabson. The Green House.
This little house was on the bend of one of the canals on the Island of Burano, in the Venetian Lagoon. All the houses are brightly painted on this island and make wonderful reflections in the water. I was particularly attracted by the stripes on the material covering the motor of the boat, and the shady corner casting a shadow.Painted in oil on a board support measuring 20 x 25 cms. This painting is framed in a wooden bespoke floating frame, hand painted white and measuring 28 x 33 cms.
