Each print is hand printed and individually painted, making every one unique. This work is an Edition of 30. Vicky Oldfield the artist is renowned for her distinctive pictures; the subjects are the story of her fascination with life, whether a still life on a rainy day or a collection of found objects from a walk with her dog, through the British countryside. Vicky Oldfield’s works are produced by a variety of materials: wire, etching, oil sticks, tissue paper and coloured card. A collage is made up with these materials and then placed in a metal press. A print is taken of the design and then reworked with colour on top.
