This piece is part of a collection of Mountain Bike themed silkscreen prints that came about from a collective project called One More Brew, a group of Lake District mountain biking creatives to get motivated to get creative with their hobby. ‘Summit Shot’ is part of the summer edition ‘The Longest Day’.

Capturing the moment you have reached the top of the mountain, have a rest, a chat with your mates and get ready for the amazing descent.

Working in London for five years as an artist and graphic illustrator, moving to Canada for two years and undertaking commissions’ for clients including Delta Airlines and Converse Shoes. Katie Edwards has since returned to back to where she grew up in the Lake District to continue her love of art.
